Valerie is an Artist

She won third place in the 

Euless Fire Safety Poster Contest for her class.

 She also won First Place for the 

Grapevine Garden Club Poster Contest.

State Fair of Texas

 Today we went with  Valerie and Renee to the State Fair.

It was a beautiful day.

We rode the ferris wheel, played games and ate corndogs.

Hall's Pumpkin Farm

Overnight Fun

I got to have Andrew and Julia overnight while Mom and Dad were out of town.

We went to the Pumpkin Patch after school.

 Then we went for Pancakes at IHop.

 The next morning we went to the zoo.

It was a beautiful day.

Putt Putt

We had a blast taking the kids to play Putt Putt today.

Valerie and Andrew were hilarious and Julia was 

actually quite good at it.

 Valerie got a hole in one.

School Pep Rally

We had our first school Pep Rally today.

Moving Day

We moved my parents to Roanoke today.

The Family all came to help.

It is going to be so nice to have them closer to us.
